 The Amuse–Bouche in the set of 6 dishes for Christmas in the menu is Salmon tartar in pink peppercorns, gambas bisque with crab meat, dill emulsion, considered a overture wakening your sense of taste.

In the starters, you will have chance to enjoy two special French dishes well-known for the high price, which are Foie gras terrine, apple coulis in cassis liquor and Snail delicacy, risotto with an emulsion of butter & parsley, Parmesan chips. The fat taste of goose liver together with the taste of sweet and light sour in grinded apple and wine of black raspberry, the crispy and tough snail with great taste of spices in each fiber, all of them together would not make you more satisfied.

Roasted duck breast in thyme, “croquette” potato & mousseline pumpkin, mushroom sauce will be the main dishes of the party. The attractive smell together with the sweet taste from the roasted duck fillet will maintain the special impress in customers.
