Fowling famous French cuisine style, La Badiane presents a diversifying menu with more than 50 dishes which have typical tastes of the land seen as “The cradle cuisine of Europe”

Mid red tuna fillet cooked, avocado & tomato tartar with red onion, chili pepper coulis

There are 240 ways to combine starters, main courses and dessert gastronomique menu. The renowned materials such as goat cheese, Italian Parma ham, fresh salmon, Australian beef tenderloin or French foie gras are easily found in the menu of the restaurant. If you are an addict of fish and seafood, Grilled gambas in lemongrass, rolled cauliflower “pastisotto”, grenadine & coriander candied onion, lemongrass emulsion; Grilled salmon fillet, zucchini & beetroot cannelloni stuffed with black olives tapenade, arugula in cumin perfume, leaf lemon emulsion… are the dishes that cannot be missed. In contrary, you can choose dishes made from meat such as Stew of rabbit with mustard & cider, mousseline of carrot in wasabi & vegetables tempura, ginger red wine sauce
