Cacao Trip in Ho Chi Minh City

Puratos Grand-Place, supplier of La Badiane for their chocolate of quality produced in Vietnam, has invited the Chef Benjamin Rascalou to the “Chocolate Forum” hosted in the Park Hyatt of Ho Chi Minh City the 17th June 2014.

Benjamin Rascalou has the opportunity to visit a Puratos Grand-Place’s production site of Cacao around Ho Chi Minh City, and see by himself the process of growth, selection and production of Cacao.


He has been later to the “Chocolate Forum” in the Park Hyatt Saigon to assist to a presentation and appreciate the degustation of product of Puratos Grand-Place.
