The ambience was perfect. The food was also excellent to boot. My generally picky mum really enjoyed her dish and said it was her best meal in Hanoi. Excellent French food at affordable prices. Will be back!

The beef was very well marinated that when you cut a slice and put it in your mouth, the flavors simply bursts in your mouth.

The restaurant itself is lovely, a nice wee courtyard outside, but you can also escape the smokers and head indoors, where you can get a nice table at the window and enjoy your beautifully presented cuisine.

Got this amazing restaurant recommended and it fulfill all expectations and more.

Dinner was quite good. Big menu and helpful staff so that we felt good about the options and our choices, they even got a combo with different dish if you ask.

Wine menu is extensive and good selection. We had for starters the salmon and beef carpaccio which was lovely and the wine really did compliment it. 

We had a lovely meal at La Badiane – the beef entree was outstandingly tender and flavorful, the foie gras appetizer was luxurious and the restaurant has a relatively extensive wine list.

Service is attentive and good.

The high quality standard and the creativity of the chef (know him since almost 15 y) and his team always ensure a memorable moment.

The waiters were so attentive and professional. The wine menu was great and the food exceptional. 

This is a French restaurant with an interesting Vietnamese flavour to it. An inspired menu and a sophisticated and inviting setting. 

Before the salad arrived I imagined a few chunks of feta cheese and slices of ham with salad but what actually arrived was a wonderful presentation of salad exquisitely piled together in the middle

It was the second time I came there. The first time, the food was delicious. This time, the main adjective would be subtile. 

I love all the people here in La Badiane. The menu is not only good but also inventive. Highly recommended!

We had the “half-cooked” tuna appetizer, scallops and molten chocolate cake a la mode. All three were exceptional.

Very nice menu with inventive choices for prix fixe 3-course meal. First Manhattan in Viet Nam that tasted like a Manhattan and very good wine selection as well.

Everything we ate was delicious. Great menu with equally good wine list to choose from. Excellent value for money. Worth booking in advance.

French cuisine on New Year Eve’s with USD80 per person, all the dishes are very good and will go back again for ala carte next time.
