Three of us had a very nice meal at La Badiene. My beef filet was superb; I have never had better, even though I grew up with grand steaks in the American Midwest. One of our companions also had a filet and liked it.

My girlfriend and I wanted to have a special dinner at the end of our 3-week tour of Vietnam. We were not deluded by what we found at La Badiane. We had some wonderful red tuna, sesame prawns and duck breast – alongside good French wine. We’d definitely recommend al these courses…

We had an exquisite meal at La Badiane with friends and while the cost was relatively high for Vietnam, it was more than reasonable for the quality. The food was beautifully presented, the dishes looked more like works of art than food. Attentive staff during dinner, they spoke good English

The food was amazing, the service was incredible and had a great wine list. We sat upstairs in the air conditioning but there is a cute little outdoor seating area.

The interior is charming. The wait staff lovely. The short ribs were to die for…and the Creme Brûlée — oh my. We were introduced to the Chef as we left and he was charmin

The atmosphere of the place was wonderful – very romantic setting. And it was nice to have a great french meal – the menu had so many good things to choose from … The place was very clean and the waitpersons helpful and friendly. Would go back there again without hesitation

French cuisine excellence in Hanoi. The interior is really charming, very well decorated. Service outstanding. I would no doubt come back to La Badiane if i were to visit Hanoi again.

We learned of this restaurant from trip Advisor and our hotel vouched for its quality. We were very pleased with our three course meal – a wonderful blend of flavors. Spices and textures used especially well. My only problem was I ate too much! Would love to visit again on my next trip to Vietnam!

I and my wife came to La Badiane as a suggest from theW and we were totally happy. I chose Memory of love for our anniversary. Happy with the ambient, the food and useful staff. FYI, dont forget talking to the chef, he’s nice and will give you good advice for pairing wine ;)

We chose this restaurant on the basis of tripadvisor reviews and because we wanted some European flavours on our plate that night. We weren’t disappointed and came away with very full bellies

Calm place in a busy city. Good variety of excellently cooked food which is French influenced, but always with a dash of Vietnam

Can vouch for the Seafood bake as one of the best meals you’ll find in Vietnam.

Visited this restaurant based on the overall good reviews on Tripadvisor. Overall, this was a positive experience. The highlights include first – the wine. I must complement the French manager who was extremely helpful in not only recommending the wine but also the a la carte items for the evening

the Fusion food is a perfect combination of traditional ingredient from Vietnam with the French touch of the chef, and a comprehensive and premium wine selection. There could not be a better place to fancy a great food trip in Hanoi!

I was here with 12 or so other ladies, and we were so impressed with the food that we couldn’t stop taking photos of it all! It was not only lovely in its presentation, but it was all tasty as well! REALLY!

They provided heart-felt service; quick and excellent according to my need. And when the food was coming, it entertained my appetite! It’s totally artsy from eyes to tongue, I have no doubt to recommend this restaurant, especially for Frenchmen and French food lovers!

It was my first dinner in Hanoi and there could not be a better first contact. I would highly recommend the souris d’agneau: “c’est un delice”. Close your eyes and try it. Thanks a lot and congrat to the team

This is my favourite restaurant in Hanoi, my husband and I often go for the business lunch during the week. The menu is well planned and the service exceptional. The perfect place for a romantic date.
